FX Back Office, a provider of CRM and back-office technology for forex brokers, has integrated Fintake’s Helio trading platform into its technology ecosystem, the companies announced.

London’s trading industry is coming home!

Helio has also established connections with other trading technology providers. Its integration with Centroid Solutions allows brokers to use Centroid’s bridge technology for market data and trade execution through the Financial Information eXchange protocol.

Fintake has also confirmed that a connection with TradingView was built and tested for a broker using both platforms. However, the broker’s live launch was not confirmed in earlier reporting.

FXBO Connects Helio to Broker Back Offices

The latest integration connects Helio’s trading infrastructure with FXBO’s customer relationship management and back-office tools. This allows brokers to use the two systems together, according to the announcement.

FXBO CEO Dmitriy Petrenko said the integration would give clients access to Helio alongside the tools they already use.

Helio includes a trading server, an administration console, white-label web and mobile interfaces, and direct liquidity routing. Fintake describes the platform as cloud-native, with an active-active architecture designed to keep multiple environments running at the same time. This setup is intended to support service continuity if one environment experiences a problem.

FXBO and Fintake Plan Further Broker Integrations

The companies said the integration aims to simplify technology deployment for brokers and reduce the work required to connect separate systems. They did not disclose how many brokers are expected to use the integration or identify any existing clients using it.

Fintake founder and CEO Ahmad Said commented that the partnership would allow brokers to deploy Helio under their own brands while connecting it to their back-office systems.

The companies also said they were planning further integrations and joint initiatives. They did not provide details about the planned projects or a timeline for their implementation.
