Sky Links Capital is moving quickly to build out its MENA leadership team, appointing Mitul Kapadia as Commercial Director just one week after naming Hormoz Faryar as Managing Director.

“My focus will be on translating that opportunity into commercial results, building institutional relationships, expanding our market presence, and driving sustainable revenue growth across our FX, equities, and commodities offerings,” Kapadia said.

Kapadia brings deep local market experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at ANAX Capital, a UAE-based boutique financial services and investment firm.

His background includes a decade at Menacorp Financial Services, historically one of the largest multi-asset brokerages in the UAE. He also served as Assistant Vice President at Al Ramz PJSC, where he ran the Institutional Desk specialising in international equities, futures, and commodities.

Stacking the Deck for Regional Expansion

Under the direction of Co-founder and CEO Daniel Takieddine, formerly CEO of BDSwiss MENA, the broker has been steadily building out a team to capture B2B flow and professional traders in the region, where it has a Category 5 license from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

This localised, GCC-focused executive roster pairs Faryar’s institutional sales pedigree, who was previously Managing Director of Institutional Sales at ATFX MENA. with Kapadia’s extensive background.

“We now have the team in place to accelerate our institutional division and establish Sky Links Capital as the preferred partner for professional traders and brokers across the region,” Takieddine said.
