Hi r/CryptoCurrency,

I’m looking for advice or similar experiences regarding a compliance review on Bybit.

Summary:

– Deposit of ~13,772 USDT (TRC20) on March 12, 2026 triggered a compliance review

– Submitted all requested documents promptly (loan agreement, ID, source of funds, transaction details)

– Received confirmation on July 28 that “no additional documents are required”

– Review still ongoing as of September 2026 (~165 days total)

– Total balance affected: ~43,537 USDT (including ~29,764 USDT unrelated to the deposit)

What I’ve tried:

– Submitted documents via email and Support Center multiple times

– Requested partial withdrawal of uncontested funds (still pending)

– Filed a complaint with the relevant regulator (FSA Seychelles) as a last resort

Questions for the community:

Has anyone experienced a compliance review of this duration on Bybit or similar platforms?

Is partial withdrawal of uncontested funds typically possible during an ongoing review?

Any advice on constructive next steps when internal channels have been exhausted?

I’m sharing this factually, not to criticize, but to seek constructive input. All statements are supported by documented correspondence.

If you’d like to discuss specifics (TxID, case numbers, documents), I’m happy to share via DM or in the comments.

Thanks for reading.
