Hey everyone,

After studying how institutional money completely changed market dynamics post-ETFs, I realized traditional retail indicators cause way too many fakeouts. So, I spent the last few weeks coding a TradingView Pine Script (v6) dashboard focused strictly on Bitcoin Macro Accumulation, cutting out all the altcoin noise [Binance].

Instead of just looking at standard price charts, the script looks for a clean mathematical convergence of 4 specific inter-market metrics before calling a macro bottom:

Macro Trend: Price must be strictly above the 50-Week Moving Average (50 WMA) to ensure we only buy in healthy macro structures [Binance]. BTC Dominance: The script tracks if Bitcoin is actively sucking liquidity from the broader market (BTC.D > 10 SMA) [Phemex]. Binance Volume Spike: Looking for institutional buying volume crossing above the 20-day average [Tangem]. Retail Sentiment: I monitor an RSI basket of 5 major altcoins against BTC. When it drops below 25, it signals total retail capitulation—which historically is exactly when whales accumulate BTC [Binance, Blockchain Center].

The script only triggers a buy signal (Orange Triangle) when all 4 conditions hit a perfect 4/4 convergence.

As you can see from the dashboard screenshot today, we are currently at 1/4 convergence (NO SIGNAL). Even though price action looks green, dominance is flat, volume is average, and retail hasn’t capitulated yet. I’m using this data to write quick daily macro reports for my trading group to prevent them from jumping into retail traps.

I’d love to get some brutal, honest feedback from the community:

Do you think these 4 specific metrics are enough to pinpoint true institutional accumulation? Is the on-screen table layout clean and readable enough for daily reporting? Would you add any specific on-chain metrics to filter out fake rallies?
