I think so they usually have the pattern of going up and down with each other. I imagine if everyone knew that they would sell immediately of course I don’t have any actual evidence just some speculation just an opinion

of course the majority of XRP is owned by a few wallets highly centralized. I imagine they saw the suckers were selling and needed a way to keep the suckers from selling so they pumped the price in a hypothetical scenario
