The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has warned investors against 10 websites that might be offering investment or crypto-asset-related services without authorisation in Cyprus.
In a warning dated 4 September 2026, the regulator said the websites do not belong to entities authorised to provide investment services or perform investment activities under Article 5 of Law 87(I)/2017.
The regulator also noted that the sites are not linked to authorised crypto-asset service providers under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.
Websites Named by CySEC
The latest regulatory notice names the following websites: amazon-forex.com, novatradecore.com, vall-fin.com, daoroyal.com, capitaldealhub.com/AI_app_es, digiteamagency.com/second-income/, seamanfx.com, newfuturevip.com, trademarketcup.com, and fxtrade.app.
CySEC neither identified the operators behind the websites nor provided details on whether any investors had filed complaints, limiting the warning to the authorisation status of the listed domains.
Some of the names may create confusion with established financial brands; however, CySEC did not describe any of the websites as clones of licensed firms.
Regulator Points Investors to Official Register
CySEC urged investors to consult its website before doing business to verify which entities are licensed to provide investment services, investment activities, or crypto-asset services, as a brand name, website design, office address, or claimed licence number does not, by itself, confirm that a regulated entity operates a website.
Firms operating without authorisation in Cyprus are outside CySEC’s supervisory framework, meaning clients may not have access to the protections available when dealing with licensed investment firms.
The warning follows a recurring pattern from the Cypriot regulator, which regularly publishes lists of websites that are not associated with authorised entities.
These notices are not enforcement decisions against named operators, but they place the listed websites outside CySEC’s authorisation framework.
