Just wanted to share a warning for anyone using RedotPay. I tried to permanently delete my account and remove all my KYC data, but they blocked the deletion over a tiny 2 USD outstanding balance caused by declined transaction fees. When I contacted support to waive these micro-fees so I could close my account and clear my identity documents, they completely refused. To make matters worse, I spent a whole month trying to discuss and resolve Apple Pay issues with them, and they simply ignored me and never replied. If you’re thinking about using this platform, be aware of their poor support, terrible Apple Pay integration, and how difficult it is to get your data out and close your account. ومعناها
