I have a crypto.com account I used to receive RVN that I was mining just for fun with some GPUs. When I had a decent balance, I’d convert it to a stable coin and transfer to my wallet. Out of the blue a few days ago my account became “restricted” and my subsequent deposits seem to have disappeared into the ether. Logging into the site, my wallet is inaccessible (I have no idea if it’s actually still there) and I just have some various dust from previous transfers. I opened a chat with support, and they basically want me to deposit 100 RVN in order to re-activate my account. Nowhere in the information I could find did they mention any kind of a minimum balance.
It’s not about the 30 cents or whatever 100 RVN is worth – but I refuse to deposit anything into an exchange that won’t even tell me why my account was restricted in the first place. I wanted to close my account, but the token dust is preventing it — and I can’t withdraw or convert it.
Not looking for solutions, just ranting about the craptacular crypto.com experience so far.
