I received an email from Binance that I am still missing identity verification. I don’t see a way to upload a photo or any type of document. I watched a video by Binance on the Binance subreddit and it says to click on the profile icon, then Account, then Identification. On my profile I do not see a profile icon in the top right corner. I only see a notification icon, a Buy Crypto icon, and a Buy/Sell/Convert icon. I went to Basic Verification and entered my Date of Birth, Phone number for SMS notification, address, and social security number. Today I received an email that my verification was unsuccessful. I tried to use the Binance support on Reddit and when entering my email to login for support I get a message that my account does not exist. I have been having this account for a few years but never used it to purchase crypto, trade, or convert. Now I’m curious to know if I have an account with the actual Binance crypto platform or if this is a scam. Does anyone have any advice for me?
