hi i am fairly new to crypto and i am currently trying to send my USDT to coinbase so i can withdraw it but im having a lot of trouble.

it says i need to deposit into my gas exchange fund but i dont know how to do that. i have tried swapping some usdt for a different coin but then it says i have to deposit into something else before i can even do that.

is anyone able to give me a step by step guide on how i can get my USDT to my coinbase account please without losing all of it😅
