Hello, i recently bought around 90$ in xmr today and transferred it to my monero wallet. i dont have a valid id so i was forced to use kraken because they arent so strict about uploading a drivers license and such however when i withdrew my xmr to put it in my monero wallet i didn’t recieve any of my xmr. I went and checked and my xmr receive address checks out and on https://xmrchain.net/tx/f28e5b8f74aa3e1d490e4b2f06a17fe81e337c0018d135b6e96776711f54d439 it says it worked, but i still have zero monero in my wallet and all my monero in kraken is gone too even though it says the transaction was “successful”

has anyone else ran into this issue? am i just fucked and lost all that money? any help would be great since i just wanted to get into monero and not deal with all of this non sense.
