I’ve been wondering this lately.
A lot of people in crypto talk about financial freedom, but almost everyone I know still pays with their bank card every day.
Is it because:
Spending crypto feels like selling an investment? Tax implications? Bad UX? KYC? Existing crypto cards just aren’t good enough?I’m asking because I work on a crypto payments product, and it’s been interesting to see how different people’s answers are. Sometimes we think the problem is onboarding, while users say they simply don’t trust the providers.
So I’m curious:
If someone built the “perfect” crypto payment card, what would it need for you to actually use it instead of your bank card?
