Hey guys, if you missed it, Singularity Future Technology settled $3 million with investors over claims it falsely promoted its shift from a shipping business to a cryptocurrency company. They’re still reviewing late claims.

Quick recap: Investors alleged the company misled the market by claiming it had proprietary crypto mining technology, major partnerships, and large infrastructure deals that were later called into question. As those issues came to light, $SGLY lost more than 90% of its value, and investors filed a lawsuit.

The company has now agreed to a $3 million settlement, and late claims are still being considered.

So, if you invested in $SGLY between 2021 and 2023, you can still check your eligibility and submit a late claim.

Did anyone here own $SGLY at the time?
