Warning about my experience with COCA Wallet. I made a test transfer of 20 USDT on TON from Bybit before trusting the wallet with larger amounts. The transfer was successful and is confirmed on the blockchain. The balance is visible in both COCA Wallet and TONSCAN. However: I cannot swap USDT to USD or any other cryptocurrency inside the app. The app says USDT swap is not supported. I cannot withdraw my own USDT because COCA requires an additional deposit of 0.2 TON, which was never disclosed before I deposited my funds. Support has not responded. If this limitation exists, users should be warned before they deposit funds, not after. I am asking COCA to explain how I can access my own funds or resolve this issue. I’m really confused with that situation because it’s the first time when I can top up the asset, but can’t do anything with that money. Does anyone solve this problem with Coca? Actually I don’t want use is service any more but I want my 20 bucks back )
