Been in this space a few years now and something that keeps bugging me is how anyone holding anything besides BTC gets immediately labeled a “shitcoiner” in threads like this. I get the OG respect BTC deserves, but at this point its market cap is so massive that the realistic upside from here is just… limited. You’re not getting 10x on a multi-trillion dollar asset without something insane happening.

Meanwhile there’s projects doing genuinely interesting things that get dismissed without a second look. ZEC for example, it’s essentially BTC’s core value prop (sound money, scarcity) but with actual privacy tech and quantum-resistant cryptography baked in. That’s up over 10x in the last year. Hyperliquid is another one, this isn’t some meme coin, it’s a platform generating billions in real revenue

I’m not saying dump your BTC. I’m saying the “anything that isn’t BTC is a scam” mentality is lazy and it’s costing people returns. There’s a difference between actual garbage projects and coins with real tech, real usage, and real revenue behind them.
