Market makers and hedge funds using Talos can now access Kalshi’s prediction markets and US-regulated crypto perpetuals through the same trading environment they already use for digital assets. The integration removes the need to establish a separate connection to the exchange.
Eligible institutional clients can route orders to Kalshi through their current trading setup, allowing them to add another execution venue without changing established execution and risk-management processes.
Existing Trading Tools, New Markets
The rollout allows trading firms to apply familiar execution methods to Kalshi’s markets without undertaking a dedicated technical project. Clients can access the exchange using the same order management processes they already use across digital asset venues.
The integration also enables firms to automate execution strategies, negotiate larger transactions through request-for-quote (RFQ) workflows and execute multi-leg trades from a single interface.
These capabilities allow participants to incorporate Kalshi alongside other markets without adapting trading operations to a separate system.
Kalshi launched US-regulated crypto perpetual futures earlier this year, expanding beyond its core prediction markets business. According to the companies, support for spreads between prediction markets and perpetuals is planned for a later phase.
Broker Distribution Planned
Later this year, Talos intends to extend its dealer software so brokers and trading platforms can distribute Kalshi event contracts to their own clients, subject to local regulatory requirements.
The roadmap also includes a unified prediction-market data feed, allowing clients to access standardised pricing and trading data alongside other supported venues through the same interface.
“As institutional interest in prediction markets accelerates, Kalshi’s regulatory standing as a CFTC-regulated exchange makes it a natural venue for that demand,” said Andy Ross, Head of Institutional at Kalshi.
The next phase of the rollout broadens the focus beyond institutional execution, with broker distribution and standardised market data aimed at supporting wider adoption of prediction-market products across trading platforms.
