Finance Magnates has announced two new leadership awards as part of the FM Awards 2026
Brokerage (B2C) CEO of the Year 2026
Fintech (B2B) CEO of the Year 2026
The awards will recognise two senior leaders (1 from the Brokerage Industry and 1 from the Fintech Industry) who have delivered strong business results, supported their teams, and made a clear contribution to the financial services sector.
Only one CEO will receive the B2B title and one CEO will receive the B2C title.
Who Can Take Part?
Entry is available only to official FM Awards 2026 nominees. Eligible companies can submit their current CEO for the award that matches their business model.
Brokerage (B2C) CEO of the Year
This award is for CEOs leading companies that serve traders, investors, and consumers, including:
Online brokers
Investment platforms
Trading apps
Prop trading firms
Fintech (B2B) CEO of the Year
This award is for CEOs leading companies that provide products or services to financial businesses, including:
Trading technology providers
Liquidity providers
Payment companies
Compliance providers
CRM and data providers
Broker service providers
Institutional trading firms
To qualify, the CEO must have held their current role for at least six months and represent an active financial services or fintech company.
What Will Be Assessed?
Each entry will be reviewed based on the CEO’s work and results during the last 6 to 12 months.
The assessment will cover:
Business performance and measurable results
Leadership and impact on the team
Product or service development
Contribution to the company and the wider financial sector
Companies should provide clear examples and supporting information as part of their submission.
How Will the Winners Be Selected?
The final result will be based on:
70% FM Awards expert panel assessment
30% industry and community voting
This model gives greater weight to the review of experienced industry judges while allowing the wider financial community to support the leaders they believe have made a real impact.

Winners to Be Announced at the FM Awards Gala
The two winners will be announced during the FM Awards Gala in Cyprus on 6 November 2026.
The event will bring together leading companies and senior professionals from online trading, fintech, payments, technology, and financial services.

Official FM Awards 2026 nominees are invited to submit their CEO for the relevant B2B or B2C award.
