Ideally, this person has a background relevant to the field (degree, work), and doesn’t repeat the same old video just to get more views. They’re not interested in selling you anything. Moreso just truth seeking.

An analogy in economics/finance is Defiant Gatekeeper. He does a great job at compressing various complex concepts in a way that’s comprehendible and practical to the average viewer. He also went to a T10 school and has worked as an IB/PE investor for over a decade.
