My Coinbase wallet stopped communicating with any Apps (including Coinbase) about 3 weeks ago. All I have gotten from Coinbase is empty promises about ‘escalating this to our Engineering team’. I can see my assets, and access the wallet, but smart contracts cannot settle and assets cannot be transferred to other wallets or DEXs. My investments have stalled and I am now making losses because I can’t move assets. Is this a theme with Coinbase wallets? Is complaining to the ombudsman my only solution?
