Hi. I was between the people that sent a claim to Kroll for LUNA/UST losses. I first sent the claim on April 2, 2025; then I was asked for additional information on August 14, which I sent on the 16th. From then on, I received ZERO updates. My claim is still in status “Additional Information Submitted” since August. I also sent emails to Kroll asking for updates but they always reply with a general email stating that they do not have any kind of timeframes. I am a bit worried cause I saw a lot of posts online of people that already got their calculation or initial determination done. Is anyone else in the same situation?
