I recently set up an account with Stables and added the payment card on my phone. Sent some USDT to it and tried it out paying for a coffee yesterday, all works well.

So, I’m just looking into the fees if I use it overseas. Apparently anything which isn’t paid in USD has a 2% fee added. So that’s actually better than my bank, which charges 3% for payments/cash withdrawals, plus a one off fee of a few dollars.

But then I’m thinking, everytime I send fiat to the exchange and buy crypto I pay 1% on that purchase. then a small withdrawal fee also.

I do have a payment set up on Strike for a BTC DCA, which is free, but I don’t know if there’s a way to do that somewhere with USDT.

So, I guess my question really, is not about overseas payments but, what’s the cheapest way to get from fiat to USDT and send to Stables wallet?

I’m in Australia BTW, usually I use Swyftx exchange but I’ve got actual with a few smaller exchanges also
