Last night I was trying to use LocalCoinSwap for the first time. It is a p2p service where you sell/buy crypto and can convert it to different things like paypal money that is what I need.

The problem is that I am from an EU country and the person that offers the service is from USA. It is listed as available after filling the filters on the site(I selected crypto to paypal in EU) but I am still a bit skeptical about it.

Do anybody know if I can use a USA provider to send money to EU paypal?
