My husband deposited 100K in July and was offered a 300k loan by coin base. The wallet balance is now tripled! When we try to extract the money they are not allowing us until we pay 200k more. They have been going back and forth for weeks now. They said the interest needs to be paid before releasing the money. They won’t take it from the balance. I feel like they are trying to scam us. We cannot reach customer service on the phone. The only way to contact them is via telegram. My entire portfolio is frozen and they are not allowing any transfers until the loan is paid in full. They do not want to take it from my current account balance when the money is in USDT. Every time he requests a transfer they say on telegram we have to deposit more money from the outside and not my account balance. I feel we are being scammed. Can someone help please.
