I’m seeing a lot of anger on Reddit about “Trump destroying crypto” and I’m puzzled by it. Before the pitchforks come out. this is NOT A PRO-TRUMP POST.

For some reason, people don’t realize that the crypto lobby, led by Silicon Valley venture capitalists, put billions into Trump’s campaign. He campaigned and won on a pro-crypto stance. The same lobby bought 70 seats in US Congress who are pro-crypto. Here’s roughly what they paid for:

* Anti-crypto people at SEC are all gone, replaced by pro-crypto people

* Crypto ETFs are launching at a rapid pace, after years of stalling from anti-crypto regulators, bringing hundreds of billions into the space

* Executives and devs of crypto projects and companies have all breathed a huge sigh of relief, hundreds of lawsuits and legal actions against crypto have been pulled, and new crypto projects are launching at an accelerated pace

* USA jurisdiction is no longer radioactive for crypto projects fearful of the KYC banhammer, arrests, or FinCEN harrassment

* Trump launched a couple shitcoins, and his family is neck-deep in tons of shady stablecoin projects moving billions of Middle East money

* Trump is accepting bribes via his shitcoins to pardon people like Ross Ulbricht, Justin Sun, and CZ

* Scams are on the rise but law enforcement is making headway prosecuting them

* Wall Street hedge funds are all in on crypto, and they’re murdering BTC Maxi Reddit retail sheep in their sleep

In light of these facts, I’d say the crypto lobby got their money’s worth, crypto is booming despite the recent price dumps, and

deranged Reddit Libs need to wake the fuck up and see we’ve been given a gift.
