One is from my Gemini account/app, another is from the Crypto dot com app.

Why have they been pretty much only dropping lately? What could cause them to turn around and appreciate?

Is there anything on the horizon that you foresee causing a turnaround? Good thing I only put a few hundred into these in total, so they’re not big losses.

Best I HODL them for the long-term, right? Or am I better off cutting my losses by selling them before they get even lower?
