Was thinking about how certain tools just explode in adoption during bull markets, not because of marketing, but because people actually need them when things get chaotic.

2017: Everyone discovered hardware wallets and Blockfolio (RIP) 2021: MetaMask became mandatory, Phantom for Solana, Etherscan became your homepage

2025? I think we’re seeing a shift toward onchain automation. Not just “another DEX interface,” but tools that let you setand-forget strategies without babysitting charts 24/7 or trusting CEXs.

Personally been using Banana Pro for DCA and limit orders directly on-chain. Started as a meme Telegram bot, now its legitimately useful for both ETH and SOL. The fact that I don’t think about it anymore means it’s working.

But thats just one example. Point is:the next wave of users wont tolerate clunky UX or seed phrase anxiety. They’ll need dead-simple web apps that feel like… normal apps.

My prediction: Tools that combine simplicity + self-custody + cross-chain will dominate. No more “bridge to X chain, swap on Y DEX, export CSV for taxes” nightmare flows.

Whats your bet? What tool or category do you think will be the “everyone’s using this now” story of this cycle? And what gaps are still painfully obvious that nobody’s solved yet?
