I have seen many different arguments, both for and against, regarding these points. Can someone help clarify these three questions?

Should we expect almost all coins to pump, or will it be limited to only a subset of them? If the later is true, what makes those selected ones pumped – tech / community / luck? Should we anticipate returns similar to those in 2021, where many coins achieved x10 or x20 gains, or should we be satisfied with more modest gains like x2 or x3? Are we already in an alt season already without knowing so?
