Hi, I recently opened a Kraken account and found that it’s not a reliable company. First, I applied my friend’s bonus code but never received the bonus. After multiple chats with their support, I found out that their buggy system didn’t capture the code I applied — and they can’t apply it afterward. So technically, I lost it.

Also, their support is terrible — they usually take 4–5 hours to reply, and there’s no email support. I’d recommend staying away from Kraken. There are many other platforms with better service and more reliable support.
