Crypto.com has appointed Michael Floros as General Manager of its Cyprus business, following its acquisition of CySEC-licensed AN Allnew Investments Ltd this year.

Floros previously served as Executive Director and General Manager at AN Allnew Investments Ltd for eight years, overseeing operations under the firm’s LegacyFX brand.

Following the Cyprus License

His appointment follows Crypto.com’s purchase of the Cyprus-based investment firm A.N. Allnew Investments Ltd, which operates under a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) license issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

“We aim to offer a broad range of financial instruments by providing Cross Border Investment & Ancillary Services across 27 Member States of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Cyprus – operating under a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) License, fully authorized by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), under the MiFID II regulatory framework,” Floros mentioned.
