Eurotrader has appointed Marcelo Spina, the former Global Head of Business Development at ThinkMarkets, as its new Group Chief Executive Officer.
Spina brings almost three decades of experience to the role.
He left ThinkMarkets in January last year to launch Operar FX, a forex consultancy and retail trading brand focused on serving markets primarily in Latin America.

Securrency Capital Hires Neale Croutear-Foy and Chris Pugh in Executive Roles
Securrency Capital announced on Wednesday the hiring of two industry veterans, Neale Croutear-Foy and Chris Pugh.
Croutear-Foy joined as the Chief Technology Officer, while Pugh is the Head of Product Delivery. Both of them will report to Phil Langton, the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
Both of these appointments came only months after the firm secured an operational license from the Abu Dhabi regulator that allows it to deal in investments as a matched principal and provide custodian services. It can offer digital asset trading services to retail customers.

Stuart Staley to Replace Itay Tuchman as Citi’s Global Head of Forex
After over 20 years of service, Itay Tuchman is planning to leave the New-York-headquartered multinational investment bank and financial services corporation.
According to a memo by Reuters, Tuchman will be replaced by Stuart Staley, the corporation’s Head of Markets & Securities Services for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
The outlet reported that Tuchmann intends to seek other opportunities outside the leading investment bank. He will be replaced immediately by Staley.

NinjaTrader Group Hires Coinme’s VP of Engineering Hazim Macky as CTO
NinjaTrader Group has appointed US-based cryptocurrency cash exchange Coinme’s former Vice President of Engineering, Hazim Macky, as its Chief Technology Officer.
The company announced Macky’s appointment in a press statement on Monday.
NinjaTrader Group mentioned that the Macky’s experience from over two decades in software engineering and technology leadership will help to take its technology experience offerings to clients “to an entirely new level.”

Credit Suisse Picks Dixit Joshi as CFO
on 22 August, Dixit Joshi, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, confirmed that he has joined Credit Suisse, one of the leading global financial services providers, as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer in a LinkedIn post.
Joshi leaves Deutsche Bank, where he worked for more than 11 years, for Credit Suisse. In his recent appointment, Joshi served as the Group Treasurer for Deutsche Bank. He spent more than five years in this role.
In the past few months, Credit Suisse has broadened its team significantly. Also, last month, the Swiss giant named Ulrich Körner as the Chief Executive Officer.

Liquidnet Strengthens Fixed Income Team, Hires Nichola Hunter as Global Sales Head
On Monday, Liquidnet announced the appointment of Nichola Hunter as the Global Head of Sales for Fixed Income. She will be located in London and report to Mark Russell, the Global Head of Fixed Income at Liquidnet.
According to the press release, Hunter plans to take on the responsibility for growing Liquidnet’s client relationships.

Noga Knaz Joins Prytek Ventures as CEO
on Monday, Prytek announced that it has chosen Noga Knaz as the new Chief Executive Officer of Prytek Ventures.
In the new post, Knaz will take on the responsibilities of the company’s investment activities in emerging companies. According to the details shared by Prytek, the company’s venture capital assets are currently valued at more than $100 million.
Over her career, Knaz worked with prominent companies. She previously worked as a Partner at Rosario Capital and served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
