Public Company Global Blockchain Technologies Acquires 100% of Coinstream Mining

Public company Global Blockchain Technologies Corp (CSE:BLOC) (FSE:BWSP) (OTC:BLKCF) has finalized its acquisition of Coinstream Mining Corp (Coinstream). Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Blockchain Technologies Corp acquired 100 percent of Coinstream and all of its existing assets and underlying agreements. This includes The Manitoba joint venture facilities which sum up to a total of 50 MW in capacity.

The Mozambique facility which sums up to a total of 25 MW of capacity and a 25 percent interest in Distributed Mining Inc.- a mining software that enables all devices to participate in cryptocurrency mining.
