SkaleCRM has integrated its customer relationship management (CRM) system with the Match-Trader trading platform. The integration aims to improve operational efficiency for Forex brokers by streamlining account management, onboarding, and payment processes.

SkaleCRM Integrates with Match-Trader for Brokers

SkaleCRM’s system connects with Match-Trader’s trading features and back-office operations. According to the firm, the automation of administrative tasks allows brokers to focus on business growth. The integration provides traders with more control over their accounts and access to trading tools.

Meanwhile, Centroid Solutions, a trading technology provider, has partnered with Skale, as reported by Finance Magnates. The integration aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve client relationships, and support business growth for multi-asset brokers.

PWA Technology Optimizes Trading

The integration supports various trading infrastructure setups, enabling brokers to customise their systems. The platform uses Progressive Web App (PWA) technology, allowing transitions between desktop and mobile devices. Traders also receive full access to TradingView charts without additional costs.

“By focusing on what matters most to Brokers, the platform’s redesigns always aim to transform complex trading into intuitive processes. Instead of overwhelming users with cluttered displays like other tools, Match-Trader features a clean interface that is easy to master and navigate,” Match-Trader stated.

Match-Trade Integrates TradingView, Enhances CRM

Finance Magnates reported earlier that Match-Trade has introduced upgrades to its Prop Trading Solution, specifically enhancing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Brokers can now choose between manual and automatic phase progression for traders. A new “Evaluation Requests” tab allows administrators to approve progression requests, with the option to disable auto evaluation.

Rejected requests reset the trader’s account balance. Real-time notifications keep traders informed. Other updates include customizable daily loss limit resets, TradingView chart integration, and improved KYC notifications. Enhanced Broker API features, CSV data exports, and a “Save Order” function aim to streamline account management and improve operational efficiency.
