I don’t know if this is the right place to post, but I got a phishing email from a fake OpenSea account telling me that I have a 1.85 ETH bid on one of my NFTs.
(Common, bro, bids are like $10 maximum in these hard times for NFTs.)
The email is insulting. It’s clear that it’s not an original OpenSea email. bro, I’ve already been scammed, but not like that…
The sender is a normal Gmail account.
For the moment, I haven’t done anything.
But out of curiosity, I wanted to investigate the email a bit more and see how they wanted to hack me.
There’s a “View Bid Details” button, and behind it there’s a long link starting with something(dot)ct(dot)sendgrid(dot)net/lot_of_stuffs.
Is my email somewhere in a database? It’s my main account, so I don’t usually receive shitty phishing emails (or at least not many).
