So I got a email saying I had a new log in , first I tought it was just a late email since I logged into my account on my phone some hours earlier but then I got a message on my phone. I proceeded to lock my account and went through the chat bot to change passcode and everything (I had 2FA and a auth app too). The chat bot took me to a domain called “cs.crypto.com/?customerIdentificationId=(the ID of the chat“the website to check if it was official Crypto.com domain and it said it was not.

So I am kinda worried because even tho it was from the official chatbot support it said it was not official To verify my identity, I didn’t thought much about it since it was official bot website , but then me being stupid only after finishing the ID verification used link ,so I wanted to know if anyone had a similar experience or k ones why the official support sent me to a link that their own anti phishing says its not official.
