Natalia is actually Vitalik Buterin’s mom, she got into crypto because he asked her to set up an eth wallet and she spent hours just trying to figure it out. Realized there was basically no one else like her in the room at these events, so she and Elena started CryptoChicks. Its grown into a full nonprofit now with chapters in like 9 countries.

They get into why representation actually matters in this space beyond just being a buzzword, some cool stuff that came out of their incubator program, and the hackathon culture in general. Elena has this rainbow metaphor for diversity in the space that stuck with me.
