Sorry if theres any stupid questions through out this, ive never touched crypto in my life.
How does one know what currency is coming from a specific wallet? Do you give them some sort of code thats linked to the wallet? If so, how do you get this code?
How does escrow work? My understanding is that party X puts their currency into party Zs escrow wallet once party X and Y comes to an agreement, then party Y sends a payment to party X. Once party X receives payment, they release then escrow wallet funds which goes directly into party Ys wallet. If either party doesn’t send their side of the payment they can dispute with party Z, who then determines the owner of the crypto in the escrow wallet. Is this correct or am I severely wrong?
What should the terms of the agreement look like?
How would you dispute it if the other person doesn’t release the crypto in the escrow wallet, what would be considered good evidence for the dispute assuming its going through zelle or BOA? Just a start to finish recording untill the dispute is claimed? Wouldnt that risk leaking personal info throughout the recording?
Is there anything in particular I should know?
