Has anyone made a mistake like me (or heard of someone doing it) of withdrawing directly from an online casino to an exchange (Crypto.com)?

What will happen with the money? The funds arrived but I cannot verify the transaction via Satoshi test. Chat is not responding for the last 4 days.
