BitDelta Securities Financial Services LLC has received full regulatory approval from the United Arab Emirates’ Capital Market Authority under the Category 5, Arrangement and Advice licensing framework.

The approval comes as BitDelta expands its presence in other markets. In April this year, the company launched its FIU-registered virtual digital asset trading platform in India, entering the market as a Virtual Digital Asset Service Provider.

BitDelta Opens Dubai Office After Licence

The company said the UAE approval follows the in-principle approval it received earlier this year and completes the regulator’s licensing process, including capital, governance and operational requirements.

Following the approval, BitDelta Securities has begun operating from its office in the Tamani Arts Offices Building in Business Bay, Dubai. The office will serve as the company’s operational hub for the UAE and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council region.

Group Chief Executive Officer Demetrios Zamboglou said the company had established a local presence in the UAE. According to the company, the office will support client onboarding, compliance, regulatory affairs and partner relations.

BitDelta Operates as UAE Introducing Broker

Under the Category 5 licence, BitDelta Securities is authorised to operate as an introducing broker in the UAE. The company said it can introduce eligible retail and professional investors to licensed international brokers offering foreign exchange, commodities, precious metals, indices, equities, bonds, exchange-traded funds, futures, options and spot market products.

BitDelta said its role is limited to introductions. It does not hold or manage client funds, execute trades or provide investment advice beyond the scope permitted by its licence. Trading decisions remain with clients, while introduced brokers are responsible for trade execution and custody.

BitDelta Pro Partners with Iress

Separately, BitDelta Pro has entered into a multi-year partnership with financial technology provider Iress. Under the agreement, BitDelta Pro will use Iress’ trading and market data technology, including platforms, market data tools, API and FIX connectivity, as it adds equities and contracts for difference to its offering.
