I’m reaching out here because I’m at my wits’ end with Bitget P2P support. I’m currently stuck in an appeal for over 10 hours, and my funds (19,679.28 PLN) are frozen while the moderator seems to be ignoring the most basic facts of the case.

The Situation:

• My Ad: Explicitly stated payment in PLN via BLIK (instant Polish payment).

• The Buyer: A user from Nigeria marked the order as paid but sent “proof” of a SEPA transfer in EUR using some suspicious third-party app.

• The Violation: Not only is the currency wrong (EUR instead of PLN), but the payment method is completely different from what was required.

How is it possible that after 10 hours, a moderator hasn’t closed this? The buyer’s own “evidence” proves he violated the trade terms!

I’ve provided my bank statements showing ZERO incoming transfers. This is a clear attempt to lock my liquidity or force a conversion rate scam.

Order ID: 1429036959187619841

Has anyone else dealt with such incompetence on Bitget? I need a Senior Moderator to look at this immediately. It’s a textbook case of a P2P violation, yet I’m the one being punished with frozen assets.

Bitget Support, do your job!
