I have a MetaMask account with a wallet that contains 14 ETH. Unfortunately, I lost the paper where I wrote down the seed phrase and the private key. Is there any way to recover my wallet?

I tried to reconstruct the seed phrase using BIP-39, but there are too many possible words, and I can’t remember which ones were part of my phrase. I’ve done some research but haven’t found a solution to this problem, so I’m hoping to get some advice here. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has faced this situation.
