Hello, I have a general question. I have a friend who lost her spouse 2 years back he’s had a few crypto accounts opened with over 20k invested in a veriety of coins. He passed unexpectedly so he had not wrote out a will or prepare so the accounts have just been sitting there. She wanted to move the funds she could from that account to another but I advised against it as I suspected it could be considered a form of fraud. My question is what steps should she take to be able to gain access of these accounts I have been reading that there need to be a form singed by the deseased party but she doesn’t have that. What can be done?
