I have a friend with around 5k$ on MOBOX but I can’t find a way to bring the money out, he would be ok with converting to BTC and get them to an external wallet, but it also was years ago and doesn’t even remember how he did it.
If you’re curious yes, he lost A LOT of money with this, he doesn’t believe in the project anymore and wants what’s left out of there and forget about it.
He thinks he used Binance to put the funds in the first time, all he wants to do is getting the things out, if we’re able to put them on an exchange so also Binance is okay it would be better, since he wants to either convert to BTC or directly sell for FIAT but I don’t think you can directly sell those things.
Last time I checked, he was still mining something, with those little NFTs creatures “working” but when I tried to move them in some way or understand that, the App crashed, it was stuck or it would give an error message after trying to proceed (there was a popup with 0 gas fees).
Is there a website to manage these or can we solve this through the App?
Really any help is appreciated since we can’t figure this out, I am not an expert in crypto at all and only own BTC, so I only know the core mechanisms, never touched NFTs…
