I could have sworn I sent some bitcoin to my cold wallet last week with no fees on lightning, but today I have a 0.1% fee?

Or was there always a fee and I never noticed? Legit confused as to what is going on.

All the docs I googled say they don’t have fees, so is it just me? Wouldn’t be surprised if I did something to be honest. Maybe it’s new in 2026 or I passed a threshold?
