After big volatility weeks I always feel like I was “active” but when I look back, it’s fuzzy. Which chain did I move funds on first, what triggered which trade, what was noise vs signal. Wallets, CEX, bridges, random approvals, it all blurs together fast.

I’ve tried screenshots, notes, even digging through explorers later, but it’s way harder than it should be to replay the sequence cleanly. Especially when you’re juggling more than one chain or account. I started loosely logging stuff for myself just to understand my own behavior and mistakes, and it was honestly eye opening how different reality was from memory.

Wondering how others deal with this, or if most people just don’t bother post mortems unless something blows up. Curious what habits people here have, if any.
