My father’s Google account was compromised through a phone scam that used genuine Google 2FA prompts. Attackers accessed a Google Doc containing all his passwords and crypto seed phrases.

Approximately $215k in cryptocurrency was drained from his Ledger wallet within an hour. We’ve secured the account, contacted banks, and are doing damage control.

I have a CS background and understand blockchain; recovery is unlikely. What’s the best course of action? File IC3/police reports? Hire a crypto recovery lawyer? Blockchain forensics? Can I trace them somehow? Any guidance appreciated.
