What is yall thoughts on real world assets crypto tokens like ondo or plume?

Are real world assets still a hot narrative or are utility coins “worthless” in the cryptoverse?

Chainlink is solid but its price action doesnt reflect it well , just like plume(even if its new) or any other rwa tokens.

Seems like memecoins are “better investments”
